Newtalk新聞 民眾黨創黨主席柯文哲涉京華城案及政治獻金案，昨一審被判17年有期徒刑、褫奪公權6年，因刑期超過10年，外界關注依規定他恐無法參選2028總統，內政部長劉世芳今（27日）受訪說，定讞才是終身不得參選，到下次正副總統要登記參選前，若法院有不同判決，內政部會依相關規定辦理。民眾黨主席黃國昌今（27日）被問及看法，他批劉世芳說「風涼話」，要她回去複習選罷法。 民眾黨上午召開「戰！03/29上凱道討公道」記者會，黃國昌、黨秘書長周榆修及全體中央委員與中評委員出席。 會後受訪時，有媒體提問，怎麼看劉世芳說定讞才是終身不得參選，但目前為止還沒發生，到下一次登記時，若有不同判決，內政部會依相關規定辦理？另也想請教，藍白合是否會因這次判決變得更為緊密嗎、更沒綠白合的可能？黃國昌回應，在政治上，民眾黨向來相信國家利益高於政黨的利益，從過去到現在，即使是面對柯文哲這樣的司法追殺，民眾黨的價值從來沒有動搖過。 黃國昌稱，也因此，過去在國會推動各項福國利民的法案，令人非常遺憾的是，這一些福國利民、進步的法案，剛好都是執政黨站在改革的對立面所抗拒的法案，甚至不惜抹紅抹黑的法案。 他舉例，去年5月13日民眾黨跟國民黨提案修正核管法，當初民進黨痛罵藍白的立委，甚至作為大罷免的理由，說藍白在配合中共修核管法。結果，賴清德總統上週公開感謝國會通過核管法，民進黨不需出來給大家一個交代嗎？去年在立法院污衊在野黨推動修正核管法的綠委，請問你們人現在在哪裡？全部都躲起來嗎？全部都不敢面對嗎？這是他為什麼說，當執政者擺爛時，作為在野黨，面對再艱難的處境，永遠會把人民、把民生、把經濟放在第一位，不僅做好分內的工作，更要扛起這一個國家的未來。 黃國昌在此時並未回應劉世芳的那題提問，隨後，有記者又問，怎麼看臉書有粉絲專頁質疑，當初京華城案去告發的是國民黨台北市議員鍾小平，但柯卻怪罪民進黨？黃國昌先是說，第一個，這種綠營側翼粉專跟綠媒一條龍的操作，台灣人民看得很清楚、也很膩了，剛記者所提的鍾姓議員，過去的污衊、抹黃，柯文哲是心胸寬大選擇原諒、和解，難道他忘了嗎？但是，事情一碼歸一碼，誰用脅迫的方式在恐嚇被告跟證人? 誰捏造了筆錄，把不存在的證詞放在筆錄當中？這個答案，每一個台灣人，大家心裡都很清楚。 黃國昌質問，這些違法濫權的行為有被追究嗎？沒有。記者剛所講的民進黨側翼粉專會去在意這件事嗎？不會，配合操作的綠媒會在意這件事嗎？也不會。因為，對於他們來講，配合執政者，黨檢媒三位一體，追殺政治敵人，讓他們沒有辦法在政治上繼續競爭，這才是民進黨要的。 話鋒一轉，黃國昌突然回應，「至於內政部部長劉世芳今天上午所說的那段風涼話，請劉世芳自己回去複習選罷法。」延伸閱讀：藍委紛表態329上凱道挺柯 謝龍介宣布「參戰」 為柯文哲案量身打造？民眾黨中評會悄修黨紀條款 黃國昌喊上凱道討公道 學者：期待大場面！可以得知中資有無在背後動員黃國昌批把政治獻金當賄款太離譜了！律師提3司法見解打臉：關鍵是對價關係全國動員329上凱道 黃國昌：不只為柯文哲 而是司法該有的公道

美軍首度確認部署GARC無人艇參與「史詩憤怒」行動
