「宜蘭鐵路高架計畫」通過政院核定！總經費501億、全長15.8公里
Newtalk新聞 行政院25日已正式核定「宜蘭至羅東鐵路高架化計畫」，總經費501.54億元，中央負擔395億，地方自行負擔57億，全長約15.84公里。宜蘭代理縣長林茂盛指出，此計畫規劃時程為11年，可消除宜蘭至羅東間9處平交道、4處陸橋，有效降低交通事故風險。至於剩餘的用地費25.95億元及基地費6.91億元，希望能由中央全額負擔。 宜蘭代理縣長林茂盛表示，省府交通處於82年即提出宜蘭鐵路立體化規劃，目前已完成宜蘭(校舍路以南至蘭陽溪北岸)及冬山部分路段高架。縣府於96年9月27日提交宜蘭鐵路高架可行性研究；109年10月26日行政院核定可行性研究，110年續由交通部鐵道局辦理綜合規劃，終獲行政院支持核定。 宜蘭鐵路高架化的總經費為501.54億元，以宜蘭縣政府財力級次第4級計算，中央負擔非自償性經費395.96億元，同時先行代墊自償性經費15.17億元，該代墊經費待未來完工通車後，再由地方分年編列歸還中央；縣府先行負擔非自償性經費57.55億元，其餘用地費25.95億元及14%基地費6.91億元，再視地方財政狀況及衡酌全國一致性標準另行協商。 對於用地費25.95億元及基地費6.91億元部分，林茂盛喊話中央體恤地方財政壓力，參照114年底協商結論，比照嘉義市前例給予宜蘭縣全額補助。本計畫期程為綜合規劃核定後11年，可消除宜蘭至羅東間9處平交道、4處陸橋，有效降低交通事故風險，改善交通瓶頸，提高醫療救護與緊急通行效率，促進都市縫合、景觀改善及土地活化。 另外，縣府為延續鐵路全線高架化目標，已啟動「頭城至四城段鐵路立體化建設及周邊土地開發可行性研究計畫」，兼顧地方民意及區域均衡發展。延伸閱讀：中研隧道下半年完工！生技園區直達南港車站未來只需5分鐘澎湖夏日花火大會驚喜聯名七龍珠 33場煙火秀空綻放夜空啟動「重大公共運輸事故支援專線」24小時運作！交通部： 完善事故應急措施顏慧欣辭職信控長官敷衍及霸凌 卓榮泰證實農曆連假收到顏慧欣遭霸凌：家屬傳拒贈勳、楊珍妮下午「因公請假」
