假檢警詐騙結合AI造景 曾揚嶺、黑面宣導防詐
刑事局19日公布「165打詐儀錶板」最新統計，7月全國平均每日受理詐騙案530件、財損逾2.7億元，有鑒近期假檢警詐騙案仍多，北檢主任檢察官曾揚嶺（右）和藝人黑面（左）都極力呼籲防詐。中央社記者黃麗芸攝 114年8月19日 Newtalk新聞 （中央社記者黃麗芸台北19日電）刑事局今天公布「165打詐儀錶板」最新統計，7月全國平均每日受理詐騙案530件、財損逾2.7億元，近期假檢警詐騙案仍多，北檢主任檢察官曾揚嶺和藝人黑面都極力呼籲防詐。 警政署刑事局今天舉行打詐調查報告記者會，除公布「165打詐儀錶板」最新統計數據外，也宣布增設「最新詐騙廣告態樣」專區，協助民眾及時掌握最新詐騙手法並提升防範意識。 刑事局長周幼偉表示，依據「165打詐儀錶板」統計今年7月全國平均每日受理詐騙案共530件、財損新台幣2億7551萬餘元；較去年8月（最早期統計數據）的685件、4億4609萬餘元，分別下降23%與38%。 周幼偉提到，其中假投資詐騙降幅最顯著，今年7月平均每日87件、財損1億3779萬餘元；較去年8月的176件、2億8740萬餘元，均下降逾5成，顯見政府打詐策略與全民識詐意識提升已獲明顯成效。 但網路購物詐騙呈現上升趨勢，今年7月平均每日受理計90件，相較前月的74件要增加21%。 周幼偉說，假檢警詐騙近期仍頻繁發生，統計今年1至7月共受理3114件、財損達62.05億元，平均每件財損逾199萬元；且詐騙手法升級，近期更出現仿造警局背景與穿制服人員透過視訊製作「假筆錄」、傳送偽造公文，並以「偵查不公開、帳戶涉案需監管」等話術行騙，提醒民眾要高度警覺、多方查證。 曾指揮偵辦「台版柬埔寨」詐騙案的台北地檢署主任檢察官曾揚嶺也表示，詐騙集團多是利用人性弱點「慾望、恐懼」行騙，且行騙手法日新月異，並舉去年有名6旬婦人接到「兒子」電話稱急需用錢要求匯款，隔兩個月又接到假行員稱其帳戶遭警示，並轉接仿真AI畫面的檢警處理，錯信交付2000萬元血汗錢。 曾揚嶺提醒，在AI網路時代，所有資訊都可能造假，只要提到「個人身分證件、提款卡、帳戶」等個人重要資料，民眾都要提高警覺，若對方提到監管帳戶、偵查不公開、保密等詐欺話術，務必先掛斷電話再打165專線查證。 近年積極擔任政府防詐宣導大使的藝人林郁順（黑面）也呼籲，「騙騙騙、離不開ATM」、「說到錢就是要騙你」，民眾若遇到假檢警詐騙時，有疑問就先找警察或派出所處理，賺錢很辛苦不要被騙。 針對假投資詐騙，林郁順說，天下沒有白吃的午餐，如果真的好賺、對方早就去賺了，希望民眾要加強警覺，畢竟警力有限、民力無窮，鼓勵大家將防詐訊息主動分享給長輩與社區鄰里，落實全民防詐目標。 刑事局提醒，民眾於接獲可疑來電要求核對身分資料，立即掛斷電話，再撥打165反詐騙諮詢電話查證。（編輯：張銘坤）1140819 延伸閱讀：雨揚老師》12生肖農曆7月運勢：牛寶寶蓄勢待發、兔寶寶大有斬獲(上)(影) 烏再襲魯日巴輸油管！「這2國」無油抗議 烏 : 應去找「你們老友」普丁桃園女子落軌 自強號急煞僅差10秒撞上！網讚：台鐵司機心理素質真強大挺台退會? 台被拒參加島國論壇 吐瓦魯仗義考慮不參加 「這國」表態要小心中國政協委員狂捧「台灣人要向館長學習」 館長回敬猛吹：好像台灣的郭台銘「疑美論」在台灣逐漸深化！葛來儀：放任擴散中國恐趁機推動統一
