林淑芬轟柯建銘：恐嚇不遵守就開除、稱「無可取代說」是笑話
Newtalk新聞 對於民進黨團運作問題，民進黨立委林淑芬今(26)日批評，本屆立院黨團幾乎是不被允許討論，只有下達命令以及被恐嚇不遵守就處分或開除。她還以兩次大法官同意權為例，都是直接下達命令，總召柯建銘威脅跑票者開除。另外，對於蘇系立委蘇巧慧日前稱柯建銘是「無可取代」，林淑芬也批評，還稱讚始作俑者是無可取代，更是笑話。 林淑芬以「沒有討論、沒有民主！」為文表示，這一屆的民進黨立法院黨團會議，幾乎是不被允許有討論的，只有下達命令以及被恐嚇不遵守就處分或開除。 對於先前兩次大法官人事同意權，第一次民進黨團祭出黨紀封殺劉靜怡，第二次除5位立委一致投下同意票外，對陳慈陽、詹鎮榮兩人選則採取「開放投票」。在藍白沒有支持下，導致於兩人僅得到26票。 林淑芬說，以兩次大法官同意權行使為例，黨團會議也是毫無討論，直接下達命令，大家一頭霧水認為不宜，總召也是一樣威脅跑票者開除。 林淑芬說，這就是這一年半來的問題，不是說沒有討論沒有民主嘛？總召直接下達命令，不管命令有沒有欺上瞞下，或是假傳聖旨，但是因為會議沒收討論，才讓握有權力的人恣意妄為，不是嗎？ 林淑芬說，所以民進黨黨團還要這樣繼續運作下去，讓黨團會議徒具形式、喪失民主的討論嗎？大家在黨團的諫言、不中聽的話，可以讓行政團隊不適當的政策，違反人民意志的錯誤，可以即時被修正，是黨團和行政團隊可以接地氣的民主機制，是行政團隊犯錯前的煞車皮和防火牆，怎麼可以沒收黨團會議討論？ 林淑芬說，過去不認真、不接地氣的天兵部會首長，也是這樣可以躲在黨團背後、靠黨團護航。所以黨內有不同的聲音、嚴格認真監督行政團隊，才稱得上是民主進步的黨，第十一屆民進黨立院黨團卻史無前例的成為沒有討論、只有下達命令必須遵守服從的一言堂，這才是最優先要被改革的！ 對於蘇巧慧日前挺柯建銘說法，林淑芬不點名批評，「尤有甚者還稱讚始作俑者是無可取代，更是笑話」。延伸閱讀：劍指柯建銘？段宜康：沒有那個人是無可替代的 賴清德擴大高層會議釋出柯建銘兵權？ 總統府：幹部去留由黨團決定感謝柯建銘如父般的信任！仍堅辭幹事長 吳思瑤：盼制度改革回應質疑罷免全敗！柯建銘該引咎辭職？ 王世堅：現在不適合講這個823挫敗「撞牆路線」不改？林濁水：路線錯、還不敢檢討柯建銘接受柯建銘慰留？ 吳思瑤堅辭：一定會找到比我更好的人
