陳亭妃專訪3》謝龍介的嘴巴很厲害、但最怕我出線
Newtalk新聞 民進黨台南市長初選將於明年1月舉行。如果出線，碰上國民黨對手謝龍介，立委陳亭妃表示，她不是含金湯匙出身的，她過去5戰5勝謝龍介，這一次希望可以6戰6勝。「謝龍介的嘴巴很厲害，很會講。但是就只有陳亭妃可以破他」。謝龍介最怕的就是陳亭妃出線。 對於陳亭妃若初選出線，陳亭妃說，她目前領先謝龍介差距不會縮小。她已經選了27年、選了8次，有5次是跟謝龍介。希望第6次就是6戰6勝。她不是一個在政治含著金湯匙，然後進入到政壇的。她在7歲幫爸爸（市議員陳佳照）拿麥克風，從小就是從阿外爸爸黨外一路來，然後阿公是13年次的鐵路局公務員，他認真做打拚，但長官說「你認真打拚沒用拉，你要加入國民黨，你就馬上升官」阿公憤而辭職，回去將軍鄉打棉被。從小就聽黨外電台。從小的教育就是這個樣子。 民進黨立委陳亭妃專訪。 圖：張良一/攝 陳亭妃第一次參選是1998年以無黨籍身分參選台南市第四選區市議員，7個名額有1席婦女保障名額。她說，那時23歲根本沒有人看好。民進黨是提3個男生，沒有女性，國民黨也很輕鬆、「腳來就當選」，因此激起她一股勇氣。那時候，還沒有所謂的年輕從政的氛圍，都是要資深的、有經歷的。拜票時看到自己女兒被人輕視，陪拜票的母親回家都會哭，但她最後還贏過國國民黨女性候選人。結果，謝龍介落選，被婦女保障拉下來。「證明了我是他的天敵，後面（選舉）第二次我是第二名、他在我後面，第三次我第一名、他在我後面」。 2008年首次單一選區立委選舉，陳亭妃對上國民黨候選人王昱婷。陳亭妃說，當時是民進黨最低潮時，沒有人認為陳亭妃會當選。她的對手是國民黨要栽培的台南市長候選人，馬英九是當紅炸子雞，連我中央黨部廣告，連連第一選區的陳亭妃都不見了。一大早中央黨部打來電說，「委員不好意思，我們今天有開廣告文宣。把你漏掉了，我們晚上晚上晚報補再加強」。她的支持者報炸鍋，「我們在這裡拼，你中央黨部就把我們放棄了」，所以打電話去中央黨部抗議，中央兩部才馬上派文宣部主任在台北開記者會，派文宣部主任下來。 陳亭妃說，「我那時候根本不管到這些，我就是每天努力跑努力跑。我要講這一段就是說今天陳亭妃不是一個那種含著金湯匙的政治人物」，2008年穿破4雙鞋，每天早上起來就是走，人民的感動，當你握到的每雙，手人的心是肉做的。因為這是她27年來我跟人民之間的感覺與感受。那時候她贏943票，還不敢放鞭炮，是等到對手發表落選感言，才敢放鞭炮。當時是民進黨最低潮的時候。現在徐富美是里長，他們現在也是好朋友，她現在也支持陳亭妃。 對於謝龍介在選舉上有什麼優點？陳亭妃說，大家都知道他的嘴巴很厲害，很會講。但是就只有陳亭妃可以破他這個部分。「讓人民去感受啦，因為是人民要投票給我們，人民的感受最重要」，「你今天不是在講很多所謂你做不到的東西，然後在騙。謝龍介說他做4年，那我會用這句話問他，那請問你之前替台南做了什麼？你瞭解台南多少？你這4年只請台南市民陪你做實驗，陪你再瞭解。不對啊，今天是你要當市長，你就是馬上我上去了，我就馬上可以做。」 民進黨立委陳亭妃專訪。 圖：張良一/攝 對於有人稱國民黨、謝龍介陣營支持陳亭妃出來，所以，跟林俊憲的民調，陳亭妃是勝出的，陳亭妃說，「在台南人一點都不相信這句話，因為大家都知道台南最強的是陳亭妃，謝龍介最怕的就是陳亭妃，我有實戰的政績，五戰五勝謝龍介」。 對於謝龍介有支持林俊憲嗎？陳亭妃反問，「你想呢？國民黨會希望是誰出來？」「國民黨絕對不會是希望最強的陳亭妃出來」。 對於台南市議長選舉，民進黨市議會黨團曾發生兩次議員跑票，會當選選上市長後重演議員跑票嗎？陳亭妃說，「我們會尊重所有黨團的決議」。就公平、公正、公開。她從議會出來，也擔任過議會黨團、也擔任過立院黨團幹部，就是民主程序、黨團機制。 對於先前台南發生88槍案，光電弊案叢生，未來如何避免，陳亭妃說，就是公平公正公開整個透明，第一個立法院經濟委員會提到「饋線蟑螂」就是她。要求經濟部不能讓饋線待價而沽，所以，就規定拿到饋現權3年沒開發，就要歸還。 陳亭妃說，國家政策一定支持，可是如何公平公正透明讓人民不擔心，這才是最重要的。未來一定是照SOP，整個申請機制透明。至於會不會暫緩，陳亭妃說，因為這是國家政策，沒有什麼暫緩，因為土地現在開發也差不多了。延伸閱讀：遭恐嚇全球抓捕 沈伯洋喊不怕：持續出國反擊中國威脅陳亭妃專訪1》民調領先！脫黨參選是假議題 初選激烈是台北觀點非常歡迎沈伯洋選台北市長 蕭旭岑：他也是「國民黨的寶」民進黨首都戰略待解 周玉蔻點名：沈伯洋最能展現姿態與決心陳亭妃專訪2》我沒有砍過任何一刀！若出線第一時間拜訪林俊憲快訊》11/18 降雨特報！外出請注意，留意路面積水
