台日首例！中華電聯手NTT、智邦、鈺登 迎戰零距離運算時代
Newtalk新聞 中華電信(CHT)、日本電信電話株式會社(NTT)及國內智邦(Accton)/鈺登科技(Edgecore) 今天(20日)在日本東京舉行的NTT R&D FORUM 2025中，首次共同合作展示分散式AI資料中心的先進技術成果，透過中華電信與NTT合作建構的台日跨國IOWN (Innovative Optical and Wireless Network)全光網路(All-Photonics Network, APN)與分離式運算 (Disaggregated Computing) 技術，整合智邦／鈺登科技的產品，提供超低延遲、高頻寬、低功耗與高安全性的IOWN能力，串連台灣與日本兩地的資料中心，升級成為「跨國分散式AI資料中心」，滿足持續攀升的AI基礎建設與主權、韌性、電力等需求。 在本屆NTT R&D FORUM 2025中，四家公司以『主權AI＋遠端GPU運算』為展示主題，基於2024年8月起已正式啟動的台日全球首例跨國APN，串連台灣與日本兩地的資料中心，並以日本資料中心作為AI運算節點，示範台灣端資料透過APN使用日本遠端GPU算力，以支援台灣端的AI訓練與推理需求，驗證跨國分散式AI資料中心支撐高速運算場景的可行性。 中華電信技術長兼執行副總黃志雄博士表示：「中華電信致力於發展新世代資通訊技術，全面提升通訊與運算效能，同時推動節能減碳與永續發展。我們秉持『永遠驚艷領先(Always Amazingly Ahead)』的精神，持續強化能源使用效率並落實ESG企業永續目標，透過積極的創新與研發投入，為社會提供更安全、便利與多元的網路與應用服務。」 NTT技術長兼副社長星野理顯表示：「NTT致力於發展可靈活應對空間與電力需求的次世代AI運算基礎設施。憑藉光學技術專長，NTT的IOWN光電分離運算能實現跨機櫃、樓層與資料中心的動態運算資源配置，推動永續AI發展。我們很高興能與中華電信及智邦/鈺登科技合作，展現這項具全球部署潛力的次世代AI基礎架構。」 智邦集團鈺登科技總裁劉明壽表示：「我們很榮幸能與NTT及中華電信攜手推進AI基礎設施的未來。透過結合Edgecore分散式資料中心平台、NTT的IOWN光電分離運算及DCI控制器技術，我們得以實現可擴充、跨國的AI運算架構，以滿足日益增長的AI訓練與推論需求。此合作不僅有助於緩解台灣基礎設施限制，也為全球連結、節能的AI生態系奠定基礎。」 中華電信表示，四家公司將持續聚焦於分散式AI資料中心應用案例的落地，尤其是滿足製造業、金融業和政府部門的需求。這些應用將透過結合IOWN光子分離運算(Photonic Disaggregated Computing)與DCI控制器技術來實現。基於此合作基礎，中華電信與NTT計劃進一步共同拓展台日分散式AI資料中心業務。延伸閱讀：Google台北新基地曝光！全球工程師湧入、最大AI研發團隊首度在台成形葛如鈞「Threads用AI回應」被抓包！眾人留言玩弄 他對鄭麗文竟沒反應長者玩AI一樣有趣 僑光科大「銀向學習2.0」啟動輝達財報亮眼、強勢展望一次看！黃仁勳：Blackwell已賣到缺貨賴清德：2040年前創造15兆元產值、50萬個AI就業機會、建置3座國際級AI實驗室

卓揆：花蓮鳳林及萬榮符合特別條例災區範圍 4要點助重建

收中華戰略學會百人入黨名冊 鄭麗文：二二八受難家屬也入黨
Newtalk新聞 國民黨主席鄭麗文今（20日）出席中華戰略學會舉辦的丘念台抗日紀念講座，並接受該學會送上「百人入黨名冊」，再逐一親頒黨證給每一位新入黨的國民黨員。鄭麗文提到，其中有位黨員今年已經超過80歲了，是二二八的受難者家屬，該黨員以前並非國民黨的失聯黨員，而是此生第一次決定要參加國民黨。 鄭麗文表示，中華戰略學會長久以來關注國際情勢、國家戰略、兩岸關係，這些也正是國民黨最重視的，感謝中華戰略學會響應她號召的百萬黨員入黨活動，在短短20天內就招募了超過百位黨員，展現了絕佳的行動力和執行力。 鄭麗文表示，本來台海就被全世界公認是最危險、最緊張的地區，如今東北亞的局勢更是一觸即發，很有可能昨日還風平浪靜、明日就戰雲密佈。因此，領導人的態度可謂「一言興邦，一言喪邦」，她們希望台海無事，因為台海無事、不只日本無事，全世界都無事。 鄭麗文接著提到，日前她與日本代表片山和之會談時，對方提及國民黨總理孫中山、總裁蔣中正都和日本有非常深的淵源。8年抗戰爆發，他們在蔣中正的帶領下，付出極為慘痛的代價才贏得了艱困的勝利；而在台灣，他們歷經50年殖民的血淚歷史，光復之後仍歷經許多波折與風雨。因此，今天他們絕對不能允許任何戰爭發生在台海，這是中國國民黨最堅定莊嚴的承諾。 鄭麗文再提到，昨天她和民眾黨主席黃國昌的會面，絕對是民主歷史的重要一刻，兩個不同政黨的領導人能夠開誠布公的坦承相見，絕對是難能可貴的，因為當前的局勢不容許我們顧及小恩小義、小私小利；國家大義、區域和平、人類的福祉才是我們真正該著眼的重點。 對於中華戰略學會送上的「百人入黨名冊」。鄭麗文表示，其中有位黨員今年已經超過80歲了，對方是二二八的受難者家屬。，以前並非國民黨的失聯黨員，而是此生第一次決定要參加國民黨。現在她們堅定的走在和解這條路上，面對歷史的真相，是為了撫平傷痕，而不是繼續撕裂它、或者在傷口上撒鹽。唯有如此，她們才能在台灣擁抱著大愛與和平，不讓仇恨在這片土地蔓延、更不能讓任何的撕裂和對立在台灣找到生根發芽的空間。 鄭麗文強調，請各位相信她的決心，因為只有這條路，台灣才有活路，台灣才有未來，年輕人才能夠安身立命。而且她相信，這是正確的道路，也是對台灣人民有利的道路。他們相信，不只兩岸的和平是他們堅定的嚮往，而且全世界都支持他們以對話取代對抗、維繫穩定與和平。延伸閱讀：卓揆：花蓮鳳林及萬榮符合特別條例災區範圍 4要點助重建喊話立院不放棄財劃法協商！卓揆：勿讓國家成「財政失速列車」藍白到底怎麼合？ 鄭麗文：有點像雙首長制、有點內閣制精神鄭黃會！鍾年晃諷：黃國昌的求職大會遭沉默以對 連句客套話「等通知」都沒有黃國昌：兩岸名詞吵了30幾年、然後呢？ 要實現什麼價值？
