新壽動工沒意義 郝龍斌：自證「養地」北市打官司一定贏
Newtalk新聞 就輝達進駐卡關爭議，北投士林科技園區T17、T18地主新光人壽昨突然宣布，今（16日）上午要舉辦開工動土典禮，但台北市政府證實，該動工未完成申報程序。台北前市長郝龍斌今（16日）受訪表示，新壽做的是一種挑釁，但沒有任何意義，動工只證明一件事，代表過去兩年新壽什麼事都沒做在「養地」，台北市政府打官司會贏，還能把原來的違約金或保證金、押標金沒收，他是建議新壽相關單位要適可而止。 郝龍斌上午接受《千秋萬事》主持人王淺秋訪問期間，郝龍斌表示，北投士林科技園區是在他台北市長任內所規劃，若台北市內湖科技園區、南軟園區加上北市科園區都到位，加起來的產值將超過全台灣所有科技園區，因此士北科土地要做為科技發展所用這件事情非常重要。 郝龍斌指出，新壽標走T17、18土地後，依照他的印象，當初取得土地後就要承諾，多久之內要動工，而新壽直到今天都沒有動工，相信早就已經違反合約規定，現在新壽才要動工，一點意義都沒有。 郝龍斌還說，新壽自己都承認沒有得到北市府的許可就動工，這真的是一個笑話，因為，任何重大工程動工，都要向北市府拿到動工許可、安全規範許可等，如果通通沒有，動工本身又是一個違法違約，動工並沒有任何意義，也不會對北市府造成任何干擾。 郝龍斌表示，現在因為輝達要進駐，新壽想搞一個比較好的談判條件，但這一點用都沒有，台北市政府只要堅守立場，就新壽違約的部分來處理，照理說，這個土地本來就可以強制收回。北市府只要有依照當初押標的金額，給予合理的利息，就已經是合理且仁至義盡的做法，因為新壽已經違約。 郝龍斌表示，如果北市府願意就新壽當初所付出的錢給予合理利息，這是北市府最多可以做到的事情，若新壽繼續這樣下去，只要中央配合，北市府可以罰違約金，沒收新壽的押標金。希望新壽好好想一想，新壽至少兩年沒動工這件事情已經違約，將來打官司，北市府一定會贏。延伸閱讀：玩哪招？新壽T17、T18今動土 藍議員看不下去開轟：這什麼低級動作處長帶頭退出中央救災組群被季連成轟「心態可議」花蓮縣府這麼說新壽北士科T17、T18今突動土！吳靜怡：把蔣萬安的面子和誠信也通通挖了新光人壽辦動土典禮「什麼瞎招 」財經網紅笑瘋：徒增北市開鍘底氣有真的想促成輝達盡早進駐北士科？新光人壽今將舉行開工動土典禮李四川曝新壽想直接移轉 開價50年利潤107億
