彰化縣府遭糾正：花34億元整治彰化漁港 可讓漁船航行卻禁止風電維修船用
Newtalk新聞 彰化縣政府辦理彰化漁港建設工程例10年，中央部會補助超過34億元，並將提供離岸風電維修基地，但基地完工驗收已經1年9個月，卻還沒啟動。監院通過糾正案批評彰化縣政府，嚴重影響政府再生能源離岸風電運維政策執行，猶如蚊子港及閒置設施。 針對彰化漁港建設案，監察院近日通過監委葉宜津所提的「彰化漁港南側離岸風電運維基地迄未開放使用案」，並將彈劾文與調查報告一併上網。 監委除了曾於 114年6月26日前往彰化漁港現場履勘，也曾約詢縣長王惠美及縣府相關人員。 糾正文表示，彰化縣政府執行「彰濱離岸風電運維基地計畫」，由經濟部全額補助13.98億元，於彰化漁港南側興建離岸風電運維碼頭，113年4月19日全部工程皆已完工，6月14日經該府驗收合格迄今已逾1年9個月，但該府以運維船行駛航道水深不足、恐有安全疑慮為由迄未開放。 但監委認為，吃水深同等級之CT3級漁船（20-50噸），最大吃水2.7公尺，經彰化縣政府開放進出北側漁港。但台電公司運維船吃水深2.3-2.4公尺、CIP運維船吃水深1.4公尺。南側運維碼頭所停入之運維船自無安全疑慮，但縣府以運維船行駛航道水深不足、恐有安全疑慮為由迄未開放。該府標準不一，肇致政府投資近14億元公帑未能發揮應有效能及帶動地方發展，形同閒置設施，顯不合理。延伸閱讀：將近一年！李俊俋濫用公務車未調查 監察院：未接獲檢舉藍委控卓榮泰失職提彈劾遲未立案 監察院證實：仍停留研究階段 舒華、柯震東爆秘戀？網瘋傳「雙方已見過家長」李貞秀開轟黃國昌、高虹安 蔡壁如無奈：火燒罟寮全無望王世堅排民進黨台北市長人選前3順位：徐國勇當然更適合

王世堅排民進黨台北市長人選前3順位：徐國勇當然更適合
