Newtalk新聞 第12屆東盟防長會議擴大版（ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus，簡稱ADMM-Plus）日前在於馬來西亞吉隆坡舉行，美國國防部赫格塞斯（Pete Hegseth）、印太司令部（USINDOPACOM）司令帕帕羅（Adm. Samuel J.
