永豐金法說》前三季淨收益及稅後淨利 創歷年同期新高
Newtalk新聞 永豐金控昨天(6日)召開2025年第三季法說會，永豐金控總經理朱士廷表示，2025年前三季自結淨收益達554.5億元，年增10.9%；稅後淨利為205.4億元，年增11.4%，再創歷史同期新高。每股盈餘(EPS)為1.57元，年化股東權益報酬率(ROE）達13.01%，每股淨值為16.53元。 永豐金控2025年前三季整體淨收益，受惠於生息資產價量的成長以及Amret併入的貢獻，其中利息淨收益達267.8億元，年增42.0%；即使不計入Amret的貢獻，利息淨收益仍年增27.6%；手續費淨收益達168.3億元，年增6.6%，主要受財富管理收入的成長推動。 永豐銀行2025年前三季稅後淨利達161.3億元，年增12.2%，創歷年同期新高，主要是受利息淨收益(年增41.4%)及手續費淨收益(年增15.3%)的顯著成長推動。永豐銀行總經理莊銘福表示，由於併入Amret與外幣計息資產成長，計入換匯交易的調整後，淨利差(NIM)持續改善。此外，財富管理手續費年增17.9%，主要來自保險銷售佣金的成長。前三季年化ROE達11.3%，相較過去幾年大幅提升。 永豐金證券2025年前9月稅後淨利為48.2億元，年增6.5%，創歷年同期新高，主要是受惠於資本利得成長。永豐金證券總經理蘇威嘉表示，受到對等關稅影響，經紀手續費在前9個月年減10.5%，但第三季單季在市場回溫下已季增33.9%。泛財富管理手續費收入前9個月仍年增8.7%。因此前三季年化ROE仍維持在16.8%的穩定水平。 京城銀、匯立證10月併入永豐 Q4獲利再添新動能 台灣匯立證券已於2025年10月20日併入永豐金證券，匯立證券在外資法人市場具備穩固的服務經驗，其既有客群與永豐金證券具有高度互補性，預期將提升永豐金證券在台股經紀業務的市占率。合併後匯立分公司將新增借券等多項業務，除現有台股經紀業務外，可望擴大與現有外資客戶之往來，提高經營效益；外資客戶覆蓋率也從既有香港、新加坡，擴展至歐洲、北美、亞洲及澳洲，進一步提升國際能見度。 此外，京城銀行也已於2025年10月1日正式成為永豐金控旗下子公司，並預計於一年內與永豐銀行完成合併，進一步強化永豐金控在南北區域的整體布局，京城銀行在中南部地區擁有穩固的企業金融基礎，與永豐銀行在北部市場的穩健經營形成良好互補，集團的服務將更趨均衡，並在商品、客群、通路及人才等四大面向展現高度綜效。 永豐金控表示，京城銀行在企業金融領域的專業能力，結合永豐銀行在零售與財富管理的深耕經營，將有助於全面提升集團的經營效益與市場競爭力。延伸閱讀：遠傳法說》Q3營收263.9億元創新高 連20季正成長寫佳績川普宣布減重神藥變平價！藥廠高層當場暈倒普發一萬別擔心錯過登記 ! 財政部教你補登攻略 「這日」起全面開放網紅Cheap怒批健保新政「三重剝皮」 衛福部單獨行動引行政混亂不滿母「千萬信託」沒他名字！6旬翁刺死胞姊 懊悔：不是故意要殺她被爆助太子集團幹部入境 林思銘發聲給回應
