Newtalk新聞 前台北市長、民眾黨前主席柯文哲涉入京華城案、政治獻金假帳案等弊案遭起訴求刑28年6月，一審遭判17年。北地方法院10日公布完整判決書，網紅四叉貓摘出重點比對發現，2023年11月3日，柯文哲曾告訴黃珊珊：「威京小沈已給過，不要再找他」，但也是在同一天，柯文哲也在臉書發文宣稱「柯文哲參選要改變台灣的政治文化」、「莫忘初衷，避免分贓政治」，四叉貓對此直呼：「原來柯文哲參選就是為了撈錢，而且柯文哲還每天亂花錢！」 柯文哲涉入京華城案及政治獻金假帳案等多項弊案，被依違背職務收賄、公益侵占及背信等罪判處17年有期徒刑，完整判決書10日出爐。四叉貓在臉書分享判決書的第336頁，內容提及：「2023年11月2日下午6時8分1秒，證人黃珊珊對李文宗表示：『要快點募款，不然老闆每天亂花錢』」、「2023年11月3日晚上7時11分40秒，柯文哲以訊息回覆證人黃珊珊說：『威京小沈已給過，不要再找他，另外他的財務狀況也不好』」。 判決書也提到，黃珊珊於偵查中證述：「我印象中當時擔任基隆市副市長邱珮琳建議可以找沈慶京募款，我跟柯文哲報告後，柯文哲才回答這句說沈慶京已經給過了」。四叉貓直言，同樣是在2023年11月3日，柯文哲卻也在臉書發文聲稱：「『民眾黨與我，為何要參選？』、『柯文哲參選要改變台灣的政治文化』、『莫忘初衷，避免分贓政治』」，現在回顧去看，整個不勝唏噓，原來柯文哲參選就是為了撈錢，而且柯文哲還每天亂花錢！ 四叉貓也分享判決書第257頁並指出，2022年底，前枋寮鄉長陳亞麟被屏東地檢署起訴條貪污罪，民進黨火速開除陳亞麟黨籍，接著被柯文哲撿回去用，把陳亞麟放在黨中央掛個頭銜「社會力主任」，看了判決書才知道，原來陳亞麟掛在黨中央但卻用木可發薪水，還是直接領現金沒紀錄的唷！說好的財政紀律呢？陳亞麟在柯文哲身邊工作9個月，賺到115萬2104元，包含獎金平均月薪為12萬7801元。 四叉貓續指，而在2026年1月28日，陳亞麟貪污一審宣判，被判處有期徒刑8年，犯罪所得150萬遭到沒收。2026年1月15日，前民眾黨秘書長謝立功開了一間公司叫做「勝奇略智庫 」，謝立功擔任董事長，開幕茶會的影片顯示，包含孫文學校總校長張亞中、民眾黨前立委蔡壁如、前民眾黨苗栗縣黨部主委馮啟彥都在現場，當時陳亞麟有上台自我介紹，是「勝奇略智庫 」的執行長。延伸閱讀：北院指柯文哲干預獨立審判 民眾黨反嗆：想像力成定罪依據柯文哲夫妻年賺3000萬？！作家「算帳」質疑「貪污條件全滿足」柯文哲判決書全文今上網 法官用近3千字交待「小沈1500」不論罪原因判決書證實木可金流流向柯傅堯帳戶 吳靜怡：兒子能去日本念書、恩人孫女卻成通緝犯法院判決書揭柯文哲藉木可將政治獻金挪己用 還匯兒子244萬買股票
