Newtalk新聞 國民黨與民眾黨25日宣布聯手推動「台灣未來帳戶（TFA）」特別條例，主張為每名12歲以下兒童設立帳戶、一次性存入5萬元種子基金，並搭配政府每年加碼提撥，引起關注。對此，台灣基進北市黨部主委吳欣岱在臉書發文寫道，藍白提出的兒童帳戶政策，既沒有清楚、穩定的財源規劃，實務上卻可能動用並排擠現行公共預算。如果藍白真心想談世代投資，就應該正面回答財源、通膨與風險分配，而不是用一個看似進步、實則空洞的帳戶設計來包裝對公共責任的逃避。 吳欣岱指出：「藍白提出的兒童帳戶政策，是一個畫虎不成反類犬的粗糙提案。他們宣稱要學習川普的做法，但川普過去談到的兒童帳戶構想，本質上是透過補助和稅制優惠，鼓勵家庭進行長期理財，讓孩子在成長過程中學習資產管理與風險意識。重點是。兒童帳戶並未排擠任何既有的教育、社福或公共建設支出。那是一套以家庭為主體、政府提供誘因與工具的制度設計。相較之下，藍白提出的兒童帳戶政策，既沒有清楚、穩定的財源規劃，實務上卻可能動用並排擠現行公共預算。」 吳欣岱續指：「更讓人失望的是，兩黨的黨魁在面對媒體提問時，對於資金究竟如何投資、投資失利時由誰承擔風險、以及長期通膨是否會侵蝕帳戶實質購買力等關鍵問題，至今都沒有給出明確的回應。這樣的設計，不只是和川普原本『鼓勵家庭理財』的構想背道而馳，也難以被視為一個成熟、負責任的公共政策。它看起來是在『替孩子存錢』，實際上卻是把政府本該現在就投入的公共責任，延後成一個名目上的帳面承諾，並把風險留給18年後的下一代承擔。」 吳欣岱表示：「真的要說，藍白提出的這套政策，在治理邏輯上反而更接近中國的『社會帳戶』思維：由政府集中設計帳戶、長期凍結資源、使用時機與方式高度制度化，但個人對資源的實質控制權有限，風險卻往下轉嫁。帳戶成為治理工具，而不是賦權工具。如果藍白真心想談世代投資，就應該正面回答財源、通膨與風險分配，而不是用一個看似進步、實則空洞的帳戶設計，來包裝對公共責任的逃避。我個人推薦，如果真的這麼想學川普，不如學學他對中國的關稅吧」。延伸閱讀：藍白4度封殺1.25兆國防預算 王婉諭：中共最開心、最危險是台灣人藍白劃大餅談未來、卻讓現在斷炊？吳思瑤直言：先審總預算再說轉大人ETF先到位！郭國文質疑：藍白「未來帳戶」抄襲政策出生率跌到世界倒數第一 藍白共推「台灣未來帳戶」搶攻民生議題藍委赴廈門遭疑「領旨」 閩南狼嗆：在中國沒有什麼「純聊天」

Newtalk新聞 日本媒體共同社報導揭露中國當局要求各地旅行社「控制」赴日簽證申請，要把中國人去日本的人數硬生生砍到原來的60%。理由是之前就一直在宣傳的「日本治安不好」、「對中國人不友善」等等。對此，資深媒體人矢板明夫直呼：「讓人哭笑不得。」並感嘆，真正可悲的不是日本的經濟損失，中國人至今仍被迫生活在這種「拍腦門」治國的陰影之下。 矢板明夫在臉書發文寫道，中國人去日本的理由有旅遊、探親、看病、做生意、留學等等具體而真實的生活需求。但是被一個突如其來的數字限制了，因為「領導不高興」，所以必須「降到60%」。但任何一個正常社會都知道，出不出國，是個人的選擇，根本不應該是國家的指標。 矢板明夫進一步指出：「不是50%，也不是70%，完全沒有科學依據，可能領導認為這個數字『既表達了不滿，又對實際經濟傷害不大』。這個60%，讓人立刻連想到中國建國之初、毛澤東在鎮壓反革命運動中明確提出的，要『殺掉人口的千分之一』，也就是 0.1%。」 矢板明夫續指：「理由也很直白：不殺到這個比例，『反革命氣焰壓不下去』、人民也感受不到政權的威力。於是，這個「拍腦門」得來的數字，成了全國各地方政府行動的標準。根據中國官方後來的統計，這場運動中被處決的『國民黨餘孽』與各類『壞人』，最後達到了一百萬人以上。不難想像其中有多少冤假錯案。」 矢板明夫提到：「1957年的反右運動更荒唐。毛澤東說『右派要佔知識份子的5%』，要求必須湊齊。於是，各單位大興文字獄，回顧過去幾年來每個人寫過的文章、說過的話，只要有一點瑕疵，立刻劃為右派。拼命地在湊數字。有人開會時去上了一趟廁所，回來就被劃成右派了，只因為『比例還沒達到』。」 矢板明夫直言，當時被認定為右派的人都遭到批鬥、流放，很多人家破人亡。今天的60%和當年的0.1%、5%本質上沒有任何不同。先有政治情緒，再用比例裁切現實。過去裁掉的是人命與人生；今天裁掉的是經濟、自由與常識。真正可悲的，不是去日本的旅客人數被減到60%造成日本的經濟損失，而是中國人至今仍被迫生活在這種「拍腦門」治國的陰影之下。延伸閱讀：中國為什麼在乎日本升息？謝金河：房地產泡沫調整才要開始日本外務省公開1994年外交文件！解密中國為阻李登輝訪日 用這招威脅明治、鹽野義回流原料藥生產 避中國供應風險日議員喊患難見真情 卓榮泰：台日是同甘共苦的好朋友應對中國「海洋攻勢」 韓國海警明年設西部海域及濟州廣域警備區
