Newtalk新聞 今夏最夯職人體驗活動「小小警消」今(5)日重磅登場，高雄市政府感受廣大粉絲對「小小警消」活動的熱情支持，今年青春專案期間再度邀請大朋友、小朋友來當一日小小警消，讓孩子們近距離接觸警消人員、認識警消工作，並穿著小警消制服再加碼小警車騎乘，身歷其境感受成為警消人員所需技能及責任感。 這次活動由警察局結合少年隊、婦幼隊、騎警隊、保大特勤、交大重機、楠梓、苓雅分局、保三總隊警犬隊與消防局特搜中隊(犬隊、繩隊)共同舉辦，現場共集結140多名小小警察、小小消防與少年刑警，主要對象為5至12歲的兒童、少年，藉由活動體驗職人工作方式培養孩子們的同理心，在與警消哥哥、姐姐們的真實互動中學習各項保護自己的知識，運用生動活潑、趣味與教育兼備的闖關活動傳達犯罪預防知識，讓孩子們知曉如何運用資源保護自己。 這次「青春守護 打詐同行」一日小小警消活動，開場由明義國中管弦樂隊少年樂手帶來4首優雅、童趣兼備的經典樂曲，灌籃高手主題曲「好想大聲說喜歡你」一響起，連現場的爸媽都驚呼，緊接著市府大樓中庭垂降現身的保安警察大隊特勤中隊隊員，帥氣登場立馬收獲一票現場觀眾熱情尖叫聲；「南台灣藝術舞蹈團」也展現專屬魅力，活潑可愛的舞姿讓在座的小朋友忍不住一同手舞足蹈，同場加映消防局繩索救援隊高空接駁搶救傷者，一連串令人應接不暇的精采表演為活動拉開美好序幕。 活動中，為增加孩子們的犯罪預防知識量能及體驗各類警消工作內容，安排警消全副武裝、配戴各項應勤裝備以走秀加上手舉牌介紹的方式，讓孩子們進一步了解各類警消人員的角色、知曉遇到不同危難時應求救的對象，現場也以闖關方式將兒少性隱私、性剝削、毒品、詐欺等青少年易觸法案件及交通安全、防火、防災、緊急救護等多元知識，藉由遊戲寓教於樂加深印象，在場的家長們也能在欣賞警局自製幽默詼諧犯罪預防宣導影片中，陪伴孩子們一起學習新知。 高市警察局長林炎田表示，今年暑假警察局規劃一系列暑期體驗宣導活動，藉由活動本身寓教性質，傳達犯罪預防宣導觀念給兒童及少年，最重要的是培養保護自己的意識以及懂得利用資源、知道管道如何求救，同時也針對最新「打詐儀表板」數據進行報告與分析，就近期詐騙案件趨勢提出具體因應策略。他強調，高雄市政府警察局將運用「主動強勢出擊」的治安策略，積極查找潛在被害人，並針對高發詐欺手法持續分層、分齡宣導，提升市民朋友「識詐」、「防詐」知能。延伸閱讀：展望會高屏助學感恩餐會 自立青年現身分享生命故事 大樹光電案場颱風恐釀土石流 柯志恩籲公部門派員進駐防災 丹娜絲風雨升級！氣象署提醒海陸警戒 彰化以南、澎湖嚴防強風大浪提防丹娜絲強降雨 陳其邁確保防汛整備到位
大樹光電案場颱風恐釀土石流 柯志恩籲公部門派員進駐防災
Newtalk新聞 丹娜絲颱風逼近，擔心颱風可能挾帶強降雨，會對高雄大樹和山光電案場造成土石流等危害，國民黨立委柯志恩與國民黨高雄市議員黃香菽、吳利成、邱于軒、蔡金晏、蔡武宏、許采蓁，以及國民黨立委陳菁徽服務團隊、和山里里長吳順治與大樹區里長聯誼會主席孫國憲等十多位大樹區里長，今(5)日會同和山里里民至和山光電案場關心水保改善狀況。 柯志恩表示，上次她來會勘時，就看到和山社區的排水設施，是以自然排水為主，但多數是農業用途設施，難以應對大規模開發後的逕流量，現在廠商水保改善還是沒做完全，另外現場的排水水路跟沉沙滯洪池，還是要請水利局務必確保可以使用，至於邊坡保護不足的狀況，則請水利局要納入當地民眾的建議，在颱風過後儘速來施作擋土牆，確保所有居民的安全。針對目前第一期仍在運作的光電案場，柯志恩也要求在颱風期間必須強制停工並封場，避免邊坡滑動。 柯志恩強調，由於颱風威脅迫在眉睫，目前只能做緊急措施應變，在考慮若真的有土石流情形發生，必須做緊急疏散規劃，建議大樹區公所，檢視和山社區的避難動線與集合點，並確認所有里民是否能在30分鐘內完成撤離。另外在和山社區內，包括排水溝旁的民宅及社區低窪處和道路轉角，柯志恩也請里長與區公所預先布置沙包，並請水利局準備臨時抽水機以防淹水。 柯志恩認為，和山社區因上方光電案場大規模開發剷平山林，地形地貌已遭破壞，屬於災害潛勢較高地區，她也建議市府在颱風期間，能派人進駐和山里活動中心，柯志恩也會請軍方，參考去年凱米颱風及山陀兒颱風時，協助地方的災害搶救經驗，針對和山社區及周邊範圍研擬，若發生緊急情況，如何在最快時間協助災害搶救，並提供必要之協助。 柯志恩呼籲和山里民颱風期間一定要做好防颱準備，她與所有國民黨市議員，也會持續關注大樹及和山里的災防狀況，與大樹人共同渡過颱風挑戰。延伸閱讀：勘查大樹和山光電案場 邱議瑩要求強化防汛準整備輕颱「丹娜絲」生成最新路徑曝光！週一最接近台灣 2地區首當其衝提防丹娜絲強降雨 陳其邁確保防汛整備到位 輕颱丹娜絲8:30發布海上警報 中南部以及東半部警戒
