洪耀南觀點》國民黨新主席 先去雜質 才能展開新局

Newtalk新聞 6月3日,韓國保守派在總統大選中慘敗,國民力量黨(PPP)全線潰退。黨內高層震驚之餘,火速提出成立「真相調查委員會」,誓言徹底檢討。這不僅是一場敗選,更是一場制度性病灶的總爆發。 選前提名內鬥烽火連天,最終推出的金文秀僅拿下41%選票,與分裂派李俊錫的得票相加,小勝當選人李在明的得票。更諷刺的是,即便如此,保守派仍無法整合而敗。前代理總統韓德洙直言:「派系錯亂與方向迷失」才是真正病根。此刻,改革早已不是選擇題,而是政黨生死存亡的分水嶺。 這場「真相清算」瞄準四大關鍵問題: 1. 黑箱提名,黨內民主形同虛設? 「換洙風波」反映的,不只是一次決策錯誤,而是整體程序性失能。(國民黨歷經「換柱成功」與「換侯失敗」,但從未有任何制度性檢討) 2. 選戰策略淪為權貴附庸? 一味緊抱尹錫悅,棄守中間選民,只會失去政黨代表性與廣泛認同。(國民黨亦從韓粉化走向傅隨組織,失去政策中心與價值主體) 3. 派系鬥爭吞噬理念? 當極右與主流派系互掣,政黨價值自然沉沒於地方派系算計。(國民黨基層早已被地方山頭主義壓倒) 4. 壓制異見、稀釋責任? 當問責失能、異聲被排,結果只能是民心潰散、信任崩解。 連PPP真心求變,這場真相調查不該只是滅火作秀,而應成為重建政治誠信的起點。如2005年韓國調查濟州事件的「真相與和解委員會」,唯有誠實面對錯誤,才可能找回信任的地基。 而同樣的鏡像挑戰,也正逼近中國國民黨。 國民黨即將改選新主席,雖然參選人仍未浮出,但黨內絲毫未見真正的改革聲音。若連國民力量黨這樣最基礎的制度問題都不敢碰觸,所謂「國民黨改革」只是換臉不換腦的自我麻醉。 國民黨現行黨主席選舉設有3%連署門檻,看似民主機制,實則早被權力運作污染。歷年選戰動輒宣稱「百萬連署」,卻從無公開審查。到了2025年,連署罷免造假案終於爆雷,從黨內程序滑向社會信任危機——當私領域陋習變成公共違信,黨的根基就已動搖。 若中國國民黨真有志革新,第一步就該刀鋒向內:成立「黨內真相調查委員會」,正視連署制度的腐化,徹查造假內幕。不避己短、不護舊惡,才有資格談更新。 這將是新主席面臨的第一場真正考試——也是唯一能證明自己不是「換朱不換湯」的關鍵試煉。若改革只停留在口號,仍幻想靠藍綠對決掩飾體質崩壞,那麼這場「黨主席選舉」只會是廉價幻術的重播。 政治誠信一旦失落,再多換湯的動作,不濾雜質,也救不了這帖早已變質的藥方。延伸閱讀:反制罷免強化空戰 國民黨推「鄉民出任務」全台大串連藍白不滿賴清德籲透過罷免打掉雜質!曹興誠:如果講人會用「人渣」「我們是正義的一方」?羅明才新店服務處主任涉幽靈連署羈押禁見多名藍委稱陳水扁「反罷」阿扁打臉:叫什麼叫?我挺大罷免大成功
