主持樺加沙颱風第一次工作會議 陳其邁籲市民落實防颱準備
Newtalk新聞 高雄市長陳其邁今(22)日率領市政團隊召開樺加沙颱風第一次工作會議，審慎評估後宣布明日那瑪夏、桃源、茂林、六龜、甲仙等五個行政區停班停課，其餘地區則維持正常上班上課。截至目前保全人數共1,723人，另有孕婦、慢性病患等特殊族群共計1,835人完成撤離，他並特別呼籲市民切勿前往海邊觀浪或戲水，因颱風期間長浪恐達3公尺以上，如勸導不聽將依法開罰，以保障公共安全。 根據中央氣象署資料，預估今、明本市局部地區有平均風6級以上或陣風8級以上發生的機率，颱風影響期間山區預估累積3天雨量可達400-600毫米，沿海地區易有長浪，海面風浪將逐漸增大至3米以上，應嚴加注意。陳其邁表示，風勢影響較大之處集中在沿海，雨量則主要落在山區五個行政區， 根據中央氣象署估算，平地風力大概是3到5級，最大的陣風5到7級，海邊平均風力6到7級，最大的陣風8到9級，都沒有符合停班、停課的標準。今天晚上到明天晚上24小時的累計雨量，是80到150毫米，山區是300到490毫米。 陳其邁進一步說明，為因應颱風已要求道工處與公路局南區工程處甲仙段加強巡查台20、27、28、29等重要道路，並依據降雨量執行台20線寶來二號橋及明霸克露橋的預防性封閉措施 ，確保入夜後山區交通安全。同時，他也提醒市民因為山區的雨量可能高達490毫米，因此請勿在颱風警報期間前往山區，各區公所亦須備妥沙包、發電機等應變資源，以應對可能的豪雨、落石或路樹倒塌造成的停電與交通中斷，務求將民眾的不便降至最低。 最後，陳其邁強調，由於颱風暴風圈邊緣將影響林園、小港等沿海地區，漁港與高雄港船隻應確實固定纜繩，相關設施加強維護。雖然颱風路徑主要掃過市區南緣，但市民務必隨時注意最新氣象資訊，並加強固定廣告招牌、住宅懸掛物、盆栽、屋頂水塔等，落實居家防颱準備。延伸閱讀：樺加沙颱風將再增強？氣象署︰今年襲台最大颱風週一放颱風假？氣象署：「這1地」樺加沙颱風侵襲率達90% 樺加沙颱風影響！南橫公路5點起實施預警性封閉樺加沙颱風陸警發布了！中央氣象署曝警戒範圍樺加沙正式升級強颱！氣象署預計傍晚發布陸警太平洋恐現罕見雙強颱！樺加沙估今晨8:30海警 晚間陸警
高雄大學簽署台越教育合作框架 進一步深化雙方經貿關係
