助偏鄉學子拓展國際視野 高市教育局推跨國交流計畫
Newtalk新聞 高雄市教育局為縮減城鄉學習落差並提升基礎學力，自110學年度起推動「偏遠地區國中小國英數科目向下扎根專案」，今年進一步新增「國際教育交流」項目，並將原住民及其他偏遠地區學校納入計畫範圍。教育局長吳立森表示，此舉在讓偏遠與原民地區的學生也能獲得跨國學習機會。透過線上視訊課程與海外學校互訪交流，學生不僅能加強雙語能力，更可拓展國際視野。 「國際教育交流」由南隆國中召集，建置專屬交流平台，先由參與學校之間「班對班」交流起步，再擴展為「校對校」合作，包括透過視訊與電子筆友推動生活會話、雙語簡報與共同寫作，增強跨文化溝通能力，讓學子落實國際教育做準備。 高雄市「整合原住民偏遠極偏地區與郊區學校及非山非市小型學校資源辦理提升學生學力往下扎根專案計畫」，自110學年度起推動，透過策略聯盟與跨區合作。113學年度邁入第二階段後，涵蓋全市國中小百餘校，透過英語單字分階檢測、國中小混齡英檢班、教師共備與寒暑假主題式課輔等措施，逐步形成縱向銜接的支持系統。114學年度起，以「英語先導、擴科並進」方式持續推展，帶動全市超過百校形成學習網絡，也為偏鄉學生建立公平且優質的學習基礎。 專案共規劃7大計畫：前四項由各校組成的海之鄉、美濃書香鑽石、郊區與山海四大聯盟持續辦理英語單字檢測，其中美濃書香鑽石聯盟並開設週六混齡英檢班，提升國小與國中之間的銜接，強化就近入學信心。 另英語單字檢測學生透過專屬的學習網站施测平台，110學年度上線施測人數1272人，至114學年度已達1萬1035人；115學年度起，122所國中小學校自小6至國中3年級，7個年級同步全面施測，人數是1萬2825人；預計116學年度施測人數將會增至1萬3454人。透過英語單字檢測，往下扎根，提高學生英語單字記憶量，奠定英語學習基本功。 此外，週六英檢班3年來入班人數198位，參加全民英檢總通過學生人數126位(初級初試78人、複試42人，中級初試5人，中級複試1人)，通過率63.6%，成績斐然，為專案計畫注入強心劑。 第五項子計畫聚焦原住民、偏遠極偏地區學力扎根，透過寒暑假課輔、教師共備與題庫建立，並導入科技化評量，協助學生鞏固基礎。由桃源、寶來、茂林、六龜與龍山國小等五所學校擴展推動；第六項「學府風光英語園地」則結合《月光山》雜誌專欄，鼓勵學生投稿英語短文與四格漫畫，提供發表舞台，增進學習動機與自信；今年新增加的第七項為落實國際教育做準備。 吳立森長強調，本專案以「往下扎根、向上提升」為核心，藉由英語帶動國語與數學等基礎學科，並同步培養數位素養與國際視野，為學子打造與世界接軌的契機。未來將持續整合社會資源及公部門支持，擴大跨校協作與師資共備，並透過檢核機制確保計畫落實，讓每一位學生都能在公平環境中建立穩固的學習基礎與競爭力。 為縮減城鄉差距並厚植基礎學力，延續前副局長黃盟惠的專案計畫，教育局於9/25上午舉行工作說明會，由現任副局長劉靜文主持，會中邀請與會的夥伴學校校長、教務主任們，全市122校攜手，英語先導聽說讀寫，七大計畫並行推進，啟動校際線上交流平台。延伸閱讀：2025第一屆台灣傑出企藝菁英獎 發佈14位得獎企業與藝術領袖 永遠的「國民女神」白嘉莉美麗傳奇畫展 新光三越高雄左營店登場「心光熠熠，愛綻放」復元藝文展 高捷美麗島站光之穹頂登場遭冒用廉政會名義散布假消息 林岱樺要求徹查揪出幕後黑手 丹娜絲風災災後家園復原進度達89% 弱勢支持金中秋前後發放軍公教人員大陸身分查核常態化 明年元旦起實施、「半年查核一次」為誤解
2025第一屆台灣傑出企藝菁英獎 發佈14位得獎企業與藝術領袖
