嗆「把賴清德X頭斬下來」要被辦 館長瞎喊司法迫害:把我當柯文哲

Newtalk新聞 網紅「館長」陳之漢在直播中談及台灣政治與兩岸議題時突喊斬首總統,立刻引起輿論譁然。檢方6日已將此案交由重大刑案專組檢察官偵辦,館長晚間也開直播證實「確定要被辦」將要被約談,可能「一約談就被押」,到時候去刑事局做筆錄若被羈押「希望大家多幫幫我的家庭」。他宣稱自己「被司法迫害」,抱怨「把我當柯文哲」。 館長日前在直播中談到藍白合時模仿中國網友說話指稱:「講選什麼選,館長你甭擔心,咱們就武統過去,27(2027)前就甭選了,表什麼態,過去都一樣,X的一個不留,精準打擊、斬首!你別怕」,他直呼:「兄弟,我等你!」並高喊:「我們都是中國人啦,我給你挺,你是我的兄弟」。 館長又嗆:「斬首打擊、精確斬首嘛,把賴清德X頭斬下來,X他X的X嘞,兄弟啊,我等你啊,真的我日也思夜也思,真的啊!」對此,警政署認為館長言論已超脫言論自由範圍,已由刑事局主動蒐集煽動暴力言論事證,報請新北地檢署指揮偵辦;新北地檢署今日也立即將此案交由重大刑案專組檢察官偵辦。 針對館長於直播中公開提及斬首總統等煽動暴力的言論,刑事局稍早發布新聞稿指出,其行為已涉及違反刑法第153條煽惑他人犯罪及第305條恐嚇危害安全罪。館長6日在直播中回應,他忙了一整天,經過律師確定要被以《國安法》、《恐嚇罪》偵辦,刑事局也已經在和他約時間。到時候去刑事局做筆錄若被羈押「希望大家能幫幫我的家庭,這就是結局。」 館長表示,他對警政署感到非常失望,一整段的直播、連續三天的直播,這麼長的一段時間,就去頭去尾擷取他這幾句話,把這幾句話框列起來,然後送辦新北檢,說蒐證完畢了「然後聯絡我的律師,律師聯絡我,說確定對方要辦了,檢調已經介入了,是以兩條罪,第一個叫違反國安法保護元首罪,第二個是恐嚇,我覺得很莫名其妙。」 館長辯稱,不明白到底蒐了什麼證,自己就是在回答網友「解放軍斬首行動」問題,但他也感到驕傲,因為被去頭去尾,為兩岸犧牲,明明是在為台灣人民拒絕武統和中國網友槓上,結果現在卻被司法迫害「把我當柯文哲」,他反問:「現在台灣都沒有言論自由啦,一堆只要是民進黨的人,恐嚇柯文哲、黃國昌、蔣萬安,哪一個送辦?」 館長強調,兩岸就是要包容,用和平的方式,互相了解,這樣才是低成本的方式,大家才會在一起。現在發生這樣的事情也不是不好,因為可以讓大家看到媒體加檢調的厲害,自己的直播就放在那邊,也讓中國網友了解台灣是什麼樣的環境。他也問:「那中國武統派的要來陪我嗎?」聲稱自己也和那些說要武統的中國網友吵架。延伸閱讀:館長嗆「把賴清德X頭斬下來」涉犯2罪! 黃帝穎:若中國指示可判10年館長嗆「把賴清德的狗頭斬下來」 總統府:元首維安不容任何挑戰館長嗆「斬首總統」惹議 王浩宇曝已轉交美方平台「下架」館長頻道館長陳之漢驚傳健康亮紅燈! 稱染上不明「怪病」 坦言再不休息恐「暴斃」柯文哲羈押一年「全身是病」?陳珮琪轟北所「人畜共生」 北所回應了 賴清德視察光復鄉 地方批:徐榛蔚、傅崐萁全甩鍋中央
